What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, broken chains, or loose settings
• Premature discoloration or fading not caused by regular wear
• Issues related to craftsmanship or structural integrity

What’s Not Covered:

• General wear and tear from daily use (scratches, tarnish)
• Damage due to improper storage, water exposure, or impact
• Loss, theft, or misuse

How It Works:

If you experience an issue, reach out to us at ( Hometownzllc@myyahoo.com )  with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem. We’ll assess the concern and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the case. All shipping costs related to warranty service will be covered by us within the first year.
